This policy explains what personal information Stallion Sport Limited (“Stallion”, “we”, “us”) collects through stallionsport.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us about sales, a warranty claim or product support, we receive what you include, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, postal address, proof of purchase and photos of the product.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and running.
This website has no forms that collect personal information apart from the search box, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools on it.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and sales enquiries.
- To handle warranty claims and product support, including passing your claim to the Stallion distributor or service centre in your country when needed.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising. If you are a retail buyer or distributor who has contacted us, we may send you information about our products; you can ask us to stop at any time.

- Our related companies, distributors and service centres, only where needed to answer your request or handle your claim.
- Service providers who host our website and email for us.

Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for staff who log in to manage the site. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own server. The safety video plays through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; according to YouTube, it does not store information about you unless you play the video. Once you play it, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as our brands’ own sites and online stores (for example Morey, Stohlquist and Body Glove), and our sister company Sport Dimension. Those sites are run by their owners under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information. Please read their policies when you visit them.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and claim records for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any warranty period, and as long as the law requires, and then we delete them. Our host keeps server logs for a short time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing service@stallionsport.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights:
- European Union and United Kingdom: under the GDPR you can also object to or restrict our use of your information, ask for it in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on taking steps at your request or performing a contract (enquiries and claims), our legitimate interests (site security and trade communications) and our legal obligations.
- Hong Kong: under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you can ask to access and correct your personal data.
- California and other US states: we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
We will reply within the time the law requires.
International transfers
Stallion is based in Hong Kong and works with related companies and service providers in other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Children
This website is meant for adults, including retail buyers and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
